Call Center Supervisor ,
Requirements : Experience with Call Center management, Good knowledge of campaign management, Experience with Outbound Projects, Call Detail Management, ACD and ASR Knowledge.
Strong communication skills and understanding of Pay Per Sale / Commission based Campaigns.
Through knowledge of Windows Network, Domain Controller Creation, User Management, Network / Machine Backup. Daily Day to Day Task management.
Travel required 25%.
